We got together as Energy 4 U because we are passionate about an holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
As specialist practitioners in our fields we know that it's not 'just about fixing one thing' that will make a difference in peoples lives. For example you may love doing lots of exercise but if you're not fuelling your body correctly, or not getting enough rest... then loss of energy, injury or just not getting the resuts you want may be an issue.
